Sean Pieroth in Emerson Stage Production of Small Steps at Emerson College

2012 Nov 7

Crestwood's Sean Pieroth, majoring in Design/Tech at Emerson College, is part of Emerson Stage's production of Small Steps as Assistant Master Electrician. In the high-energy sequel to Louis Sachar's popular Holes, Armpit has been released from the Camp Green Lake juvenile detention center for two years. He is focused on getting his life on a track to success, but frequently finds himself a victim of his past. Through his struggle to turn his life around, Armpit's neighbor Ginny, who lives with cerebral palsy, is by his side as the only person who truly believes in him. Together, they learn to take small steps toward a better future.

Emerson's production is directed by Bob Colby and will run from November 9 through November 11 on the Paramount Mainstage (559 Washington Street, Boston) at Emerson College. Tickets are $20 for general audiences, $15 for students and seniors and $10 for the Emerson community.
