Philadelphia's Samantha Evans Cast in Emerson Stage Production of Tartuffe at Emerson College

2012 Oct 3

Philadelphia's Samantha Evans, a Acting major at Emerson College, has been cast as Cleante in Emerson Stage's production of Tartuffe. The play is the story of a con artist, Tartuffe, who finds his mark in Orgon, an affluent man of unquestioned faith. With his faux piety and self-serving displays of virtuosity, Tartuffe charms his way into Orgon's household and schemes to defraud the family of all they possess in Molière's comedic satire on hypocrisy. The production will run October 4 through 7.
